British Sea Power are a four-man band based in Brighton, England. Yan and Hamilton are brothers, brought up in Kendal, Cumbria, and went to the same school as drummer Woody. When Yan moved to Reading, he met guitarist Noble, who hailed from Leeds. The entire merry group gathered in Reading and converged upon Brighton. Eamon recently left the band to create his own band Brakes.
